1. Know who you are working with see if that sales associate is working for you or for themselves its very obvious. 2. Be aware that all associates care about there commission don't get offended if they show you a mattress that is over priced or try to hype it up. 3. Be wary of the sales associate who is trying to be "friends" with you don't let them fool you. 4. Keep in mind that all sales associates are diverse don't be offended by an associate who treats customers like business and keeps it professional. 5. There are quality brands and quality mattresses at Sears most at a reasonable price. They do have cheap mattresses and they are a bit over priced (if your looking for the cheapest mattress go somewhere else). 6. There is a potential problem with delivery of a mattress such as postponements, lateness, missing parts, ripped or damaged parts. Suggestion is to inspect before they even take into your bedroom 7.
