Work Makes Me Whole The Definition Of Me

Does this have anything to do with history? Absolutely not, has nothing to do with history at all. Well don't you hate work gosh complain about to your closest of pals? Sure, but I'm no different than a sports fan complaining that his team should get rid of El Gordo Funmania cause he's hitting .089/ We're humans we complain. So what in the world do you mean work makes you free? What I mean is I'd rather be working than doing nothing. Producing something for some cause than doing absolutely nothing and being idle. Being lazy is not in my blood. By working I have a purpose to better myself and advance a cause. What's the cause or purpose? Well what does every company strive for? Money. How do they make money? Production. My cause or purpose? To become the best I can be in my point of view (thats the most important). I can care less what other people think. Career Breaker In A Few Short Words

Shortest Blog I am Going to Write Worst thing you can say to your boss whether your down and out or on top of the world is.... Couple of sayings that mean the same thing I dont like to take orders I don't be bossed around I don't like authority People be having power trips yo I've been through this before and a many of us would love to say these phrases and thought about it a great deal. I know there is I know I'm not alone I'm telling you this isn't worth saying You will find yourself down and out, out of favor, and feeling like your going nowhere. The golden platform will turn into a rickety piece of nothing. Its a feeling that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Unions and Supervisors/Foremans A Pet To Management

Yes I could have used another word instead of pet for more of a bang but I'd rather be more PG in my writings.  Thought I'd keep it simple and do a list to gather my thoughts in a more efficient manner and where people can follow it. Lets start off with Unions Back when they had sit down strikes, fought, and went to jail for there cause is when they were most effective. They were literally the Blue Collar backbone in those days sticking up for the little man. As Unions got bigger they started to be more like a corporation. Union leaders became white collar and were more interested in how many people they had. They also bowed up and gave into management demands. Union Stewards who once were leaders and stuck up for the blue collars became themselves white collar fat cats, taking back room deals from management, playing favorites, and throwing good workers out because they "complained or were too much of a non-comformist". 1.
