 Just Spitballing here I have no experience in it just an idea The centerpiece should be an old civil war bar, an old mining town bar, or old wild west bar to put the lore into the bar. It will have an old time look with old time artifacts, it acts as a museum from 8am to 4pm, 4pm to 9pm a bar/museum, then from 9pm to 2am as a fully functioning bar Create a lounge type atmosphere with local bands a locals bar is the atmosphere Brewery would brew beers that have unknown backstories like bisbee massacre, or the Korean Axe Murder Incident idk.  Next week Another BDAY another age I dont want to cross. I may do something different with my youtube channel, it will never pop but I want to put new content that isn't about ghosts and spirits.  So I decided to donate twice as much on a live stream this Haunted Museum (not much by the way good BBQ food money or gas money). Did I waste it probably. Do I secretly want them to succeed and have confidence in doing more good and making more events that will land them profit yes. Do I think they need to layoff some of there core beliefs and let loose for the name of profit and survival yes.  Anyways I did that just to support them.  And one thing a business should do is acknowledge that donor right since they are top of the heap.  Totally understand it now seen it first hand There is always a backstory, Now many people will not hit them or take the criticism down because eventually they realize they are announcing to an empty room and there are always fans of that business that will protect, help and grow them right..  I have seen first hand a business I did support with going to events beg for money and fundraising only for them to turn around and sell $10 deck of cards and $26 shirts. And these guys getting help from every all these groups. Now there is nothing wrong with getting support from other groups its actually healthy my question is why have the begging for money part? You have a gift shop you have a museum you have events push those as an advertisement which they are doing now but with all the support they seem to have I question the validity of them saying in the fall that they may have to close and they need funding.  Just insane heard someone over the box that had the exact voice as someone else I see at these ghost events all the time weird. I mean I blurted someone's name that was a family members friend at work it was weird why that was all-the-way back in 97 outside of the states. IDK.  Could be just all a parlor trick. Security should never be referred to as Security Officers I think its part of the reason why there is a rift between security and police, also Security Agents just triggers me for some reason too they aren't marshals they aren't FBI. They are watchman, they are watch persons, they are guards, maybe even specialists. I keep being drawn to these paranormal events, its like something is drawing me lol anyways, Friday nights paranormal event was very interesting The subject of whistling came about and I thought it was intriguing since i brought up my story about how i heard whistling in that lounge at the O club.  So... Look up any hotel, there are hotels who have survived over 100 years without a gas leak and Carbon monoxide poisoning why is that its superb maintenance of the hotel. Now it may look ugly but at least you do not have an event happen like carbon monoxide poisoning. At the hotel in question I've had 3 people tell me this: Filters have not been changed in 3 years even though they were supposed to be all replaced all of last year Hotel was chaotic in the evacuation of the hotel (no drills were in place or SOP was out of date) Hotel is stating they had gotten indication of the gas leak however, guests are saying no alarms were going off, and that repeated 911 calls were ignored. As a staff member it took an arm and a leg to get confirmation it was safe to work at the hotel without any adverse health effects.  So tonight's paranormal event that happened 1/30-31 was intriguing to me. There were alot of odd happenings.  This is a theory I propose. A creation of the post of Community Security Officer for business activities throughout the hotel to include. Rooms Division and F&B division (including Banquets). Hotel GMs and Management will not have a choice in allocation of security for security purposes. The Security Officer position is determined by the crime in the area, circumstances of the hotel, and the potential fraud the hotel may be doing,  not by budget. The purpose is to provide Safety and Security both Physical, backroom, and having a presence of appearing to have security in the function they have service in. The position is to serve as security and nothing else. Management is not to meddle in the functions of a Community Security Officer.
