An Idea For A Bar and Brewery

 Just Spitballing here I have no experience in it just an idea

The centerpiece should be an old civil war bar, an old mining town bar, or old wild west bar to put the lore into the bar. It will have an old time look with old time artifacts, it acts as a museum from 8am to 4pm, 4pm to 9pm a bar/museum, then from 9pm to 2am as a fully functioning bar

Create a lounge type atmosphere with local bands a locals bar is the atmosphere

Brewery would brew beers that have unknown backstories like bisbee massacre, or the Korean Axe Murder Incident idk. The brewery would focus on german style beers or other obscure beers I believe in the phoenix area, the IPAs have been oversaturated and if you have tried many you know it gets old. 

Brewmeister has to be proven and would be the bulk of the expense of this so called bar

Internal Controls will be strict however, bartenders would be free to pour there regular patrons more alcohol per shot as long it is logged and informed to the manager

This bar would also push for harness racing to be bet on, with a petition to the state for that to happen.  I fully believe it would work and thoroughbred betters would transition into betting on harness racing because its a sport to them.

Bar would also serve as a hotel, housing 50 to 100 guests. Rooms will be a lost leader, the money maker would be the bar, brewing and potential harness racing gambling.

In the hypothetical bar I would have a monte carlo consisting of

pao gai poker

faro

blackjack 

baccarat

100% proceeds going to the upgrade and maintenance of the bar and historical items

Macy's Valuable Tips for An Associate

What does this Mean? I think you know what I think of it just by seeing titles on my blog But Whats your opinion to whoever is reading. Ok so I got this award as an On-Call Associate-warehouse Whoever reads this and whoever works for macy's and yes the store too I'm giving two tips and one inside knowledge of the Macy's Fulfillment Center:-- 1. You will get hired as on call, rake as many hours as possible, keep track of them. Aim for 1000 hours at the least over 625 hours. Reason for this is they have a policy in place where they have to bump you up to part time as long as your in good standing. I don't know if this is the same with the stores. 2. Don't let management and HR get to you (they will try to I've seen it) keep your cool. Any false move and they will not hesitate to discipline you times x2 (bar you from becoming permanent is there goal). There is nothing wrong with being a nonconformist There is nothing wrong with being a rogue influence, person or country People are afraid of change, afraid of new ideas, and afraid of themselves changing absolutely. Threats are not threats if handled correctly. What is my basis for this why am I saying this I am saying this because I myself am a nonconformist. I don't buy that the world has to be run by a group of rich elite I don't believe that to have an effective workplace that you need authoritarian dictatorships I believe the US needs to bow out of foreign affairs and stop categorizing what is evil and what is good. Corporations if they are people should never deny healthcare, layoff people, and take offense when someone opposes them. Am I saying I hate rich people? No!
