Question? How do we control a diverse workplace with diverse minds? How do we cover up the corruption? How do we brainwash employees into thinking the company works in there best interest? And how do we rid of the JFK's and Lennon's of the workforce or silence them? Answer? With force? No we tried this and we failed almost taking the company down i the process Having LP act as gestapo watching the employees every move? Yes it works sometimes but not all the time. How about having Human Resources... On the outside having a facade of working for the employees and rewarding them but in reality we are doing the bidding of the company and its best interests whether it helps or hurt the employee. And taking the ball out of managements hand and having a uniformed system of policy that hurts 50% of the employees. 1. Know who you are working with see if that sales associate is working for you or for themselves its very obvious. 2. Be aware that all associates care about there commission don't get offended if they show you a mattress that is over priced or try to hype it up. 3. Be wary of the sales associate who is trying to be "friends" with you don't let them fool you. 4. Keep in mind that all sales associates are diverse don't be offended by an associate who treats customers like business and keeps it professional. 5. They do have cheap mattresses and they are a bit over priced (if your looking for the cheapest mattress go somewhere else). 6.
