Ok so your wondering what in the world are you going with this. I mean are you gonna give us a list of what an "ideal" friend should be in your eyes who are you to judge? People got a thing they gotta do man they gotta live!  Well yes in fact it is a list and yes its catered to what my opinion of a real and true friend is however, I do understand people do have lives to live some have families some have spouses all understandable. This list is not how to be an ideal friend this list well just read it yourself..... 1. Communication always good to communicate with one another. The simple hello, how are you (this is pivotal). This does not mean emailing about a possible monthly contribution. 2. When making plans its best to keep them (if altered plan for another day or week don't say "oh I'm busy the next two weeks") 3. If you want to avoid and hangout with a friend as little as possible, don't tell them about your private life. (for instance, don't...

I'm just gonna be very honest here things haven't worked out the way I thought it would. My thoughts?... I'd find something that would pay me at least 30k and I thought in one of those years I'd find my niche? What happened? Didn't happen no I've been job hopping and job hopping. Some jobs just didn't work out, some didn't fit, and some I just hated. I am stuck in a rut I feel I cannot get out of ever get that feeling? Not a good feeling. Yeah ok am I partly to blame sure but hey we aren't perfect beings. And we don't get away with our errors. But its just not a great feeling being in "limbo" not knowing what the future may hold.

Does this have anything to do with history? Absolutely not, has nothing to do with history at all. Well don't you hate work gosh complain about to your closest of pals? Sure, but I'm no different than a sports fan complaining that his team should get rid of El Gordo Funmania cause he's hitting .089/ We're humans we complain. So what in the world do you mean work makes you free? What I mean is I'd rather be working than doing nothing. Producing something for some cause than doing absolutely nothing and being idle. Being lazy is not in my blood. By working I have a purpose to better myself and advance a cause. What's the cause or purpose? Well what does every company strive for? Money. How do they make money? Production. My cause or purpose? To become the best I can be in my point of view (thats the most important). I can care less what other people think. Shortest Blog I am Going to Write Worst thing you can say to your boss whether your down and out or on top of the world is.... Couple of sayings that mean the same thing I dont like to take orders I don't be bossed around I don't like authority People be having power trips yo I've been through this before and a many of us would love to say these phrases and thought about it a great deal. I know there is I know I'm not alone I'm telling you this isn't worth saying You will find yourself down and out, out of favor, and feeling like your going nowhere. The golden platform will turn into a rickety piece of nothing. Its a feeling that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Ok so I got this award as an On-Call Associate-warehouse Whoever reads this and whoever works for macy's and yes the store too I'm giving two tips and one inside knowledge of the Macy's Fulfillment Center:-- 1. You will get hired as on call, rake as many hours as possible, keep track of them. Aim for 1000 hours at the least over 625 hours. Reason for this is they have a policy in place where they have to bump you up to part time as long as your in good standing. I don't know if this is the same with the stores. 2. Don't let management and HR get to you (they will try to I've seen it) keep your cool. Any false move and they will not hesitate to discipline you times x2 (bar you from becoming permanent is there goal).
