God Damn Independent

Is the phrase I use to hear for people not being in communities or groups. And its a phrase that is offensive to Christians but if I dont say it like it is there is no pop to it and it wont make any sense so apologize in advance if you are religious 

I am awkward. Weird and have a different sense of humor and even the strange circles its still weird so I am done.

I tried to be part of the sports ball community they shunned me because I was not from that city fine I will wear my 31 hockey jersey proudly and people can scoff at me about it even fellow fans and yes ive had that happen to me I get shunned. But when I wear a nowball jersey I get recognized usually by the old time fans that are let's face a different fan than today

But enough about sports ball I thought I could click with an outlier community that believes in weird shit nope I guess not I get rolled over for that countless times ive supported there business wanted to just have a conversation about that topic only to be moved along what do they do for other people they spend time and talk with them its cool I know when im not wanted

So I wear the god damn independent proudly

Macy's Valuable Tips for An Associate

What does this Mean? I think you know what I think of it just by seeing titles on my blog But Whats your opinion to whoever is reading. Ok so I got this award as an On-Call Associate-warehouse Whoever reads this and whoever works for macy's and yes the store too I'm giving two tips and one inside knowledge of the Macy's Fulfillment Center:-- 1. You will get hired as on call, rake as many hours as possible, keep track of them. Aim for 1000 hours at the least over 625 hours. Reason for this is they have a policy in place where they have to bump you up to part time as long as your in good standing. I don't know if this is the same with the stores. 2. Don't let management and HR get to you (they will try to I've seen it) keep your cool. There is nothing wrong with being a nonconformist There is nothing wrong with being a rogue influence, person or country People are afraid of change, afraid of new ideas, and afraid of themselves changing absolutely. Threats are not threats if handled correctly. What is my basis for this why am I saying this I am saying this because I myself am a nonconformist. I don't buy that the world has to be run by a group of rich elite I don't believe that to have an effective workplace that you need authoritarian dictatorships I believe the US needs to bow out of foreign affairs and stop categorizing what is evil and what is good. Corporations if they are people should never deny healthcare, layoff people, and take offense when someone opposes them. Am I saying I hate rich people? No!
