 My show idea Open is an overview of the fictional staff and fictional post and facilities. Opening Episode: Opening a Facility- Night Club Opens Opening starts with the club being constructed 3 managers walk the building discussing the possible operations of the club. First person is a 5'6 345ibs Director of Facilities blabbing about this is going to be an awesome building and its the biggest thing thats ever going to happen on this base. 2nd manager is the business director who is trying to figure out how this facility which needs to run 100% profit is going to make profit. 3rd manager is some airhead out of college throwing dumb ideas to the business director such as putting a water slide inside the club.

 Companies harp on team member/associate empowerment, inclusion and feedback on managerial decisions. This is all a façade and an illusion. Am I surprised no. But it was very clear to me when I tried to correct a manager on a statement he made where he said the policy of "no outside food or beverage" was put in place in his previous establishment to get people to eat at the restaurant in his establishment. I corrected him and said that's not the only reason its because they can get sued for someone getting sick off of 3rd party food. He looked away from me and said he was going to get confirmation of that.  Another note did the GM ever look at the 3rd party food and beverage contract for the restaurant when I heard it was 15% of revenue from the finance girl and not sales I laughed.  North Korea is not really ran by the Kim dynasty think about it. They have a huge military, military leaders were purged by Kim Jung Un when he took power. Why? Because the military has a presence in the politics in North Korea. Un has to work with the military and bribe them. Why? To appease the military in North Korea. The reason you see missile tests is because of the military not Kim Jung Un the real power is with the military. The North Korean military knows if they start war or spark a fight they will lose and would have to participate in a bloody conflict. The end result would be no North Korean military and war crime tribunals. The military is smart they're not going to put themselves in that situation. However, it takes one crazy General to spark things in Korea that is what you have to watch otherwise North Korea is just playing games to antagonize there rival the ROK army.
