Revisiting The Religion Series Blogs

Dedicated to all my Christian Friends. So I opened this blog back in 2010 and the first two blogs I wrote about were religion. Now at the time I was writing these blogs I had just come out from a bad experience with religious people. There was a point in time where I was willing to follow the voice of god and bring him into my life. That all changed. Now why am bringing this back, well I think it is important to add on what I've written, if you have read most of my blogs you will find most are unfinished. That's because there thoughts I jot down so I don't forget. The biggest question is why am I not correcting my blogs for errors? Most will think my answer is just plain dumb. The answer is to preserve what I thought at first and to preserve the emotion in the blog. To me posting a blog is different from writing an article or story. In an article or story it has to be refined for people to understand what your talking about and to sell it. In a blog its different, its yo

The Ideal World: What the US and the World Needs to Do

I have watched GOP debates, watched documentaries, listened to talk show hosts like Alex Jones. And I've come up with ways in which the US can heal its wounds and abolish this debt. Really how the world can do this. Call it my ideal world 2.0 (I made a blog The Ideal World: In My Point of View ) I feel I need to extend and elaborate on what an ideal world should and could be. I am highly influenced by Ron Paul and alternative news outlets because I feel that my ideas are similar to theirs. So I'll make a list. (Order is irrelevant I numbered them so it looks cleaner) So just to let everyone know these aren't all my ideas. These are ideas that I've extracted or modified. So again these are not my original ideas. These links were found on google news and you tube. The most important action to do is to abolish the Federal Reserve.  "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a

Cleaning the Crap Out of your Computer Reccomendations and Brief tutorials

Cleaners that I recommend and that I use on my own computer. Now many anti viruses and internet security software already have a pc cleanup that comes with it, but, i've found that its not that efficient. Here's what I suggest for software that can make your computer run smoother, faster and more efficiently. Note- you might be asking why I am not showing more interactive pictures. Answer is simple its a brief tutorial. Purpose of this blog is to show how you can clean crap or junk off of your computer. Another point to make is, you might want to use more than one. Want to make your computer faster more efficient these are some of the ways you can do that.... Piriform - CCleaner - Defraggler  So if you used these programs in the past or are currently still use them and a free standard version vs. the paid software when you download. Just ignore the paid software the only advantage it has is customer support. The Web Atom- System Ninja Make sure when you use CCleaner

The Friendship Revolver

Friendship is when two people have a bonding that is they find common interest, hangout, have lunch etc. overtime these friendships either strengthen in union or weaken in division. In my experience it is hard to keep friends for too long and it hard to keep friends who you might always hangout with or even room with. Or your best friend from long ago moves to the place you live at and you two reunite again. So what's the best situation? Whats the best way to keep a friend a friend and not an enemy or a distant friend. Is friendship in it's purest form a revolving door just like employees at a retail store well lets review some scenarios. Some of what I and others have encountered. The overbearing Friend Scenario 1: First they both met each other at an establishment. They were acquaintances one would talk the other would listen. After knowing each other for a little bit they started to hangout. The few times they  would hangout (although it started out of boredem). Thus star

Why Do Business School Preach Positive or Selling Presentations?

Picture a business conference... A business person is giving a presentation on a product of interest, new invention, new idea, or a popular concept to be incorporated with a product of service. As they are presenting they are spitting out every positive feature, benefit, and how it will succeed. (In other words this person is trying to market their product) They show how it will fit into the finances, the plan to implement it, and how everything will integrate etc. Then finally the sample of the product or service at work. (a show and tell if you will) At the end of the presentation a barrage of questions ensues mostly of a negative nature- How will this work when our company is only breaking even? Why would this be any different from what we've been doing in the last 124 years? This seems way too costly? This will never work you would have to change the entire companies culture for it to be accepted. Well being a great presenter that this business person is he counters every ques

Shocking Points: Unless Your a Caveman, We are all enslaved to money

aaahhhh the end of the world as we know it! No not quite. Many will disagree and let me point some of these disagreements... 1.) Ichabod: My journey is to be happy in life not to be as rich as possible just to be comfy. 2.) Reginald: I follow Gods holy path into the light, monetary values and commodities mean nothing. I want to serve god and be a leader for god. 3.) Golem: What are you talking about? I just have a job and trying to live off of it. Money is important you know. 4.) Rich: Oh the American way is to be all you can be and have all you can have why not have wealth, prosperity. Oh and I do give 1% of my wealth back you know.... 5.) Cornelius: Money is what makes the world go round without it we're in complete chaos 6.) Captain Ahab: You idiot without money you can't pay for your home, health, food, insurance, and afford to take care of your family. 1.) To Ichabod- I like your attitude you just want to live what is a "middle class" life without no worr

Holy Enlightened Path To Destruction

Everyone has there moments, faults, failures and humiliations. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone at a certain point have strings of bad luck. Well consider my career after college a narrow path of all the vocabulary that I have just mentioned. But I cannot help wondering back in either my sophomore or junior year did I take the right path its the blue wire or the red wire, its 31 on red or 12 on black, or its Las Vegas vs. Salt Lake City. I had ran into some religious friends (some of the best people I ever met). As I got to know them I found that they were deeply rooted in the teachings of Christianity. I was at a crossroads, didn't know what I believed in. My mind was too bogged up in the notion of having success, being all you can be, and finding the love of my life in college. So I let my mind wonder into the depths of Christianity. I honestly remember the story of apostle Paul (hope I have this right) the person who in the Bible persecuted the Christians and became a Chris

C: When a Corporation or a Company Gets Too Big

So think of any company, product, shoes, brands etc. that you like who at first started off as a small company or a national company that's now global. Do you see any difference? How is there customer service? Products still desirable or the same? Biggest example is computers... Microsoft was a big hit when they came out with there windows software. Before... Apple and Google are big hits now and Microsoft is being seen as an evil empire. Why do so many people (not all) feel this way.. Microsoft got greedy it hiked up its prices exponentially to where people cannot afford to upgrade right away. Microsoft customer service is declining. Apple customer service is one of the best. For example, I needed to refund a song purchased on iTunes I wasn't really nice about in the email inquiry I sent them. Even when rude to Apple iTunes they gladly serviced me and refunded me that same day. I've dealt with Microsoft in similar but different situations and you either get charged

PRE POST-Blog: I "ain't" Comforming To A Coporation even if it means my "future"

PRE-POST Polls show that my friends or someone else (1) wants me to write about politics. Well your going to get it in a modified form. It's about the corporation... Before I write this this blog. I want to get your input on what I'm going to be writing. Weird Right, not really I want to see if I should be even writing this and if your even going to read it. Naw just kidding I really don't mind if you read it or not. This isn't for viewership this is a website that defines my character-love it or hate it. Anywho this blog will be about my view on the corporate culture. I'm going to hit on teamwork straight on. For people who know me... you will be surprised what my opinion on this is thats all I'm going to say. This article will basically point out the flaws in the way I view work and how it conflicts with the corporate retail way of life. This is not a BASHING corporate blog. I'm not here to talk down about any corporation. As someone quoted in a reta

PERSONAL JOURNALS: Of Various Topics

Decided put my personal journals up here, they are journals that I have written mainly for a class. Might as well keep up with my blog. Though about deleting it... Overconfidence One class I took in college that I thought “This is going to be a cakewalk” was Sociology 101.  In fact I was so confident that I use to show up for that class 20 minutes late. Since I believed this was an easy class I thought that I wouldn’t have to come to class on time or read any of the chapters, basically I treated the course as a “backburner class” (Class that you can ignore). Well, the first test comes around and I get a D on it. Then that overconfidence of the class evaporated and I found myself saying, “I’ve got to make some kind of effort in this class”. So with more investment going into reading the book and paying attention to lectures I overcame the adversity of an overconfident investment and I ended up getting a B in my SOC101 class. To improve this overconfidence of classes I should instead
