PRE POST-Blog: I "ain't" Comforming To A Coporation even if it means my "future"

PRE-POST
Polls show that my friends or someone else (1) wants me to write about politics. Well your going to get it in a modified form. It's about the corporation...

Before I write this this blog. I want to get your input on what I'm going to be writing. Weird Right, not really I want to see if I should be even writing this and if your even going to read it. Naw just kidding I really don't mind if you read it or not. This isn't for viewership this is a website that defines my character-love it or hate it.
Anywho this blog will be about my view on the corporate culture. I'm going to hit on teamwork straight on. For people who know me... you will be surprised what my opinion on this is thats all I'm going to say. This article will basically point out the flaws in the way I view work and how it conflicts with the corporate retail way of life.
This is not a BASHING corporate blog. I'm not here to talk down about any corporation.
As someone quoted in a retail store I worked in, "retail sucks"! For the first time I agree.

There will be separate paragraph explaining how the corporation is, "not about the welfare of the people but, about the money" period. Real world example and why it is a problem and how it can be fixed with the same belief system of "not about the welfare of the people but, about the money". For instance, the management team might have a laid back non authoritarian approach however, the companies policy leans far authoritarian. What the heck do I mean by that? I mean this statement: Your expendable, we don't have to work with you, we won't give you 7% because we lose .01% of money or maybe nothing, we're first even we don't give you any benefits and the other business does...
And my favorite line- Since your full time you need to be open availability......
