 First, off if you read what BLM is about you'd be supporting communism and socialism, read what they believe in. Second, I don't like what's going on with the shootings and deaths that have happened and I think the police should be accountable for what they do. Third, these companies, corporations, sports teams, sports players, celebrities have an agenda... That is profiteering on social injustice and making it a new trend. The sad thing is some of these sports players and celebrities are actually buying into the bullshit and actually think they're making a difference when in reality they are aiding the next new money boom. Corporations including Sports Teams do not live in a cave, they look at current events and trends. The "Black Lives Matters" protests boomed and received a lot of traction.  Lets be honest unless you are a people person and a talker you're not gonna impress a girl who is in a higher position than you if that's your thing in fact you won't impress any woman. And you will always be chasing. I will explain where I went wrong and what I should've done and this goes way back to when I was deciding to go to college. So at the time I was a Rec-Aid for a gym on post essential a clerk/helper. I was a flex and I was looking to go to college so I was quitting that position to go on to college. This was the wrong decision now mind you I did not have the best work record with this company however, I could have turned it around and could of become a leader it was possible. Instead of  going to college in another part of the state. I would of went to community college, asked what I needed to do to get to the next level and go from there. I wanted to grow with this particular organization and this could have been a stepping stone of growing with the compa

 This is my opinion take it with a grain of salt this may not be feasible considering this person would have to be objective as possible and be a perceived asshole. Now I fully believe in quality assurance and internal review. I believe there should be an SOP and the departments should be accountable for audits of everything to inventory to budgets to cash handling. Many companies have a controller or a third party/in house auditor.
