 So tonight's paranormal event that happened 1/30-31 was intriguing to me. There were alot of odd happenings. I figure this would be a good read at least and kind of a testimonial to your ghost hunts at the coffee shop and the HQ 1st someone had said that after the  haunted museum ghost hunt they said they brought an entity back from the museum. I believe that happened to me. I've been seeing full bodied figures for split second in the corner of my eye  This was my second time back to the coffee shop. I want to preface something. In my two times at the HQ and my one time at coffee shop I felt that the0 spirits were present but were normals and part of the community in other words harmless and just what I call pedestrian ghosts or kindred spirits if that makes sense. Repost, I fell this would be sound way of trying to keep the soldiers on base so they do not get in trouble with civilian law. And any discrepancies can be covered by the base or the unit.  This is a theory I propose. A creation of the post of Community Security Officer for business activities throughout the hotel to include. Rooms Division and F&B division (including Banquets). Hotel GMs and Management will not have a choice in allocation of security for security purposes. The Security Officer position is determined by the crime in the area, circumstances of the hotel, and the potential fraud the hotel may be doing,  not by budget. The purpose is to provide Safety and Security both Physical, backroom, and having a presence of appearing to have security in the function they have service in. The position is to serve as security and nothing else. Management is not to meddle in the functions of a Community Security Officer. It shall be the Community Security Officers prerogative to assist in any functions of the establishment if needed.
