Human Resources Is Corrupt, Filthy, And Repugnant and Should Be Out of Commission, Common Workers worst enemy

Question?
How do we control a diverse workplace with diverse minds?
How do we cover up the corruption?
How do we brainwash employees into thinking the company works in there best interest?
And how do we rid of the JFK's and Lennon's of the workforce or silence them?

Answer?
With force? No we tried this and we failed almost taking the company down i the process
Having LP act as gestapo watching the employees every move? Yes it works sometimes but not all the time.

How about having Human Resources... On the outside having a facade of working for the employees and rewarding them but in reality we are doing the bidding of the company and its best interests whether it helps or hurt the employee. And taking the ball out of managements hand and having a uniformed system of policy that hurts 50% of the employees.
Forming and changing benefits that we know the employees will balk at because it takes a good portion of there pay. Essentially dissolving those benefits or better yet having the employees vote it out because it doesn't benefit them at all.

Function of Human Resource.
1. Maximize profits for the organization
2. Deny every claim whether valid or invalid that an employee has
3. Protect the managers 100% of the time whether right or wrong (employees never get this treatment)
4. Produce ways of brainwashing via awards, recognitions, care projects that do nothing for the employee
5. Misinform the employee keep them out of the loop
6. Form a vigilante group of employees to snitch out other employees
7. Talk to employees as if they were children
8. Give the worst end of the stick to the employee
9. Give more recognition to the worst employees so there is an even balance of morale and the least amount of sabotage.
10. To protect our managers we must target hard working individuals and either treat them like garbage or convince them that being aggressive or pushy toward management is the answer, thus we give that certain hard worker a punishment to prolong his status.

Human Resources vs. Auditors- Whose worse?

Answer: Human Resources
At least with an auditor there more objective they have common sense and don't put as much blame on the employee instead they go to the manager and say "why is commoner doing that?".
Auditor doesn't hide what side he or she is on they say right in front I work for the company and I'm gonna make sure all the processes are done efficiently and correct.
And lastly some auditors give you a second chance without repercussions or a repercussion behind closed doors (threat) because they understand the business.
