A New Direction

-2017 is the last time I even touched this blog
-2014-16 was the last time I was fully active on this blog

2018 I'm coming back to blog again and its going to be a lot different I may change up a few things on this blog but my past blogs are staying. The blogs will be thoughts, ideas, dreams, experiences my free thoughts. No longer will I talk about workplaces I feel its a bore I could be writing about better things.

Why do this I guess to get stuff off my chest. Mostly dreams, for many reasons I guess my dreams are more interesting, but I will be posting other things, like my past trip to Vegas and Reno as well as other things.

One thing I wont do is talk about sports.

The Ideal World: What the US and the World Needs to Do

I have watched GOP debates, watched documentaries, listened to talk show hosts like Alex Jones. And I've come up with ways in which the US can heal its wounds and abolish this debt. Really how the world can do this. Call it my ideal world 2.0 (I made a blog The Ideal World: In My Point of View ) I feel I need to extend and elaborate on what an ideal world should and could be. I am highly influenced by Ron Paul and alternative news outlets because I feel that my ideas are similar to theirs. So I'll make a list. Human Resources Is Corrupt, Filthy, And Repugnant and Should Be Out of Commission, Common Workers worst enemy

Question? How do we control a diverse workplace with diverse minds? How do we cover up the corruption? How do we brainwash employees into thinking the company works in there best interest? And how do we rid of the JFK's and Lennon's of the workforce or silence them? Answer? With force? No we tried this and we failed almost taking the company down i the process Having LP act as gestapo watching the employees every move? Yes it works sometimes but not all the time. How about having Human Resources... On the outside having a facade of working for the employees and rewarding them but in reality we are doing the bidding of the company and its best interests whether it helps or hurt the employee. And taking the ball out of managements hand and having a uniformed system of policy that hurts 50% of the employees.
